Crop a reaction GIF without cutting off the action
For a reaction clip, keep the face and any gesture inside the crop throughout the loop. For a screen recording, keep the cursor and the control it points to visible. Set the left and top offsets, then the width and height of the rectangle. A tight first frame can be misleading: scrub or replay the complete output before downloading. If your destination needs a smaller display size as well, crop the composition first and resize afterward. Cropping changes what is visible; resizing changes how large that visible area is. Neither step guarantees a specific file size.
